Please double-check your details before submitting — once an order is confirmed, we might not be able to change or cancel it.
Prices shown online are current at the time of your order. Taxes and shipping will be added where applicable.
By placing an order, you confirm that you’re using valid payment information and have permission to make the purchase.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We do our best to get your firewood delivered quickly and safely. Shipping times are estimates — sometimes weather, carrier delays, or other factors can affect timing. Once your order leaves our facility, the carrier is responsible for delivery.
If you ever have an issue with a shipment, let us know, and we’ll help you sort it out.
5. Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love your firewood. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, contact us and we’ll review your situation personally.
If your order doesn’t meet our quality standards, we’ll replace it at no cost. Because of the work involved in preparing and delivering our firewood, we can’t take returns on products that meet our standards.

6. Intellectual Property
Everything on our site — including our logo, product photos, and content — belongs to Retro Firewood or our partners. Please don’t copy, reuse, or distribute anything without our written permission.
